I’m really jealous of your garage.

Is that a tarp on the floor? I’m not familiar with that storage technique. I guess it serves as a moisture barrier?

Yeah my mom does the same thing for you floor of her storage unit. Makes moving stuff a health hazard when your boots are wet though

I know one is a 302, but what’s the other one?

Correct. Old man down the road has a 69 442 since new and that’s how he stores it. It looks new so why not try it. It is slippery as all hell though when wet.

IMHO Mustangs are the perfect having your cake and eating it too, car. Every day fun for the working man, so I’m saying get those cars out all year and have fun.

For example my friends GT500 in the snow:

That’s cool but I just can’t do it. Too many rusted beaters in my history.

Shit, I’m jealous of the cars. Miss having one, and it’s not financially feasible to keep one here. Between garaging, payment, insurance ... it’d be over $1,000 a month.

The taxi of choice for years here - dependable, comfortable, and very easy to fix.

The only down side is it’s only good for about 5 in of snow. Snow tires or not. It makes up for it by being the best snonut car ever.

Coming back from visiting a hospitalized friend in 2003, lightly snowing, cutting through the park on 96th. Driver going a bit too fast for the conditions, spins the Crown Vic, and bounces off a stone wall. In a Russian accent, he said: “Shit! And I just got car from body shop!”
